Cool Flow Pte Ltd (UEN 202512436Z) is a commercial ACMV contractor registered in Singapore. Our registered address is 115A Commonwealth Drive, #02-05, Singapore 149596. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Cool Flow Pte Ltd.

All services provided by Coolflow — including design, supply, installation, commissioning, replacement, and maintenance of ACMV systems — are governed by the terms of the relevant service agreement or purchase order signed between the parties.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and a signed service agreement, the signed agreement shall prevail.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Coolflow. Nothing on this site grants you any rights to use our intellectual property without our written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on information contained herein.
• Our total liability in connection with your use of this website shall not exceed SGD 100.
